The pros: friendly staff, convenient location, nice pool area, decent gym, had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant Heirloom. The cons: not every room has a refrigerator. I asked for one several times because I was going to be staying there for 3 nights. Finally one was delivered...but it was left outside my door and I had to drag it in the room myself and plug it in. And no, it didn't have wheels. I tried adjusting the sleep number bed but didn't notice a difference. So either it was broke or sleep number beds are BS. I thought the bed was too hard. There is no free continental breakfast like many hotels offer. However, I was there on business and every morning we had a breakfast buffet that I'm assuming my employer paid for and the food was actually good. Basic, but tasty. Overall not a bad place but not stellar.

Great service! Rooms are big and comfortable! Staff was very nice. Great places nearby to eat if you want to get away. View wasn’t too great but the room was comfortable . Pool and gym services available. Plenty of parking available. No elevators in the hotel so walking luggage up the stairs was a bit of a hassle but not too bad, just had to make two trips.

I was very pleased. It was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good except the breakfast potatoes made me sick😩 they tasted like they sat all morning.

We got married at the Radisson on May 4, 2019. Brittney was our coordinator through the hotel and she did absolutely amazing. She was helpful throughout our entire planning process. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed. When Brittney found out we didn’t have champagne flutes, she went out of her way to find some for us that went along with our Star Wars Theme. Brittney truly made our day memorable. We received numerous compliments on the food. We got to stay in the presidential parlor which was complimentary and the room was perfect. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone any better and it was all thanks to Brittney and the staff at the Radisson.

I am here with a few other co-workers for a work related event. The room is dirty and stains on the carpet. Looks like the room hasn’t been cleaned in months. Smells like it hasn’t been cleaned!!!! Toe nail clippings on the floor and looks like it has never been vacuumed. Toilet lid looks like it was never cleaned. You sit on the toilet seat and almost fall off because it keeps moving off center. The rooms need some serious upgrades, including the mattresses and the bedding!!!!! The bedding has numerous stains on them, including the sheets and pillow cases and they have old mattress coverings on them. The plug outlet on the desk comes out of the wall unit. I was afraid to turn off the TV as it seemed to not turn back on consistently. I reported back to my employer and recommended they find another venue for future training/work related events.
